MT PLEASANT
A simple office redevelopment within an existing two storey industrial workshop.
With only a single facade, the challenge was to introduce natural light into the core of the building, without comprising floor area or privacy.
The ground floor meeting room and waiting area borrows light from the first floor via voids through the floor plate.
The use of glass walls and open staircase helps increase the sensation of light and space.
